Cancellation Policy
✨ I value your time and ask that you value mine as well. Please review the following policy before booking:
• Cancellations: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that emergencies happen—just communicate with me as soon as possible.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you are 15 minutes late or more, I may not be able to accommodate your appointment due to scheduling. In this case, the appointment will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged 75% of the service fee.
